Good, hefty, all around German chef knife
Excellent all purpose chef knife. Great blade shape for rock chop, heavy enough for going through joints, good balance. Some foods like Potatoes tend to stick to sides of the wide flat blade more than some of my other knives, but overall, I think it will replace some of my Japanese knives.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
