Good sound quality.
The FM sound have a good quality, and the micro is very good. When I am taking, the others persons don't know if my voice came from this wireless hands-free of from a bluetooth headset, because they don't hear any echo. I don't know any quality problems from the fm sound of this device, because the sound problems that I hear from one car are different from the other car. Huge difference
Folks, there are a lot of knock-off brands out there, selling for about a third of what this one costs. However, the difference between the GOgroove and those is simple but vital - the knock-off brands do NOT retain their FM frequency when you shut your car off. Every time you start your car, you have to re-program the frequency to match your FM dial. It becomes such a hassle that you don't even both using it, other than for long trips (and even then, every time you stopp for gas, it adds a minute to start it up again). This one works perfectly - automatically starts when you start the vehicle, and plays right from where you left off. Well worth the extra money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy to use and works as they describe. I have no idea why people have a hard time with this device because its so simple! Some reviews say the volume is not good. It couldnt be easier! place it on max from the FlexSMART device and then put the radio about 3/4 the way up and then adjust it with your bluetooth device (phone or ipod).
