Too cool for school. Best tube overdrive that I’ve found
Maxim is the originator of the tube screamer from Ibanez in them from MaxF themselves… This is a pedal that many people still use everywhere… The same designers, are still alive and collaborated on this pedal and the super tube pedal, both of Witcher just great. I’ve had tube driven overdrives a couple of times before, and none has been very satisfying, but this one is I love this one. It is a true over driven sound as opposed to the pro 9+ which is smooth and sharp distortion. So I run both of them in a line. Probably don’t need to, but I just want to is a great things and Maxim is a great company. And to deal the deal for me? True bypass! Who doesn’t want true bypass? No signal loss… now I need to find other true bypass pedals to keep the signal clean all the way through
