Lancome's Definicils mascara is absolutely still the best around. No flaking, no clumping, beautiful black color that enhances eye color, and stays on until removed even if it is not waterproof. best Lancome mascara
I have bought Lancome products for years and tried all their mascaras. This is a basic one that comes in "gift for purchase" often and that's great for me. The other higher priced ones have all had issues for me such as clumping, which I hate. Though this is not waterproof, this one goes on easy and pairs well with the base mascara I also buy.
