THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. THE UNIT IS EASY TO SET THE PARAMETERS I WANT. SINCE WE NEED TO COOK OUR FOOD TO RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURES, I USE IT EVERY DAY BOTH IN THE OVEN AND IN THE MICROWAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT MY FOOD IS COOKED AS RECOMMENDED.
