Great Clips (not the haircutters)
These are excellent if you do a lot of quick change out of your lures or rigs or simply want to minimize all the knot tying and connecting. I know a lot of elitists and hard line guys say always tie and don't use clips; I used to think that and still apply it, depending on situation. But I also found it has not stopped the biting and the catching and i haven't had one problem up to now. They're reasonably priced enough to simply try em and if you like em, get more and keep more on hand. I do. I use them for my surf lures and they work great! Make sure if you do, you take the split rings off and clip directly to the fixed lure eye. Your clip now becomes the flexible ring for any necessary movement. Use these in saltwater to fish for redfish and trout. These work great to replace a loop knot for soft plastics and allow quick lure changes. Recommend the 50 lb. These are fantastic for walking baits , spinners, 3 1/2” and larger minnow baits, swimbaits. I use the 50lb size for bass and pike and they are very strong and easy to use.
