With the current price of Freon just the Low loss hose connectors are worth the price alone.
I was very surprised when I opened the package as to the quality. Very large nuts which give you a good grip. The only problem is that they are so large that there isn't enough space on my manifold to screw both sides onto the device. My older manifold that I strictly use for R-22 did not have the same problem and so I played HVAC Frankenstein
