I'm not a fan of taking pills, so these chewables are great for me.

Good for what ails you!
I think these are quality vitamins, natural rose hip ascorbic acid. I think it's the ascorbic acid that viruses are adverse to, not the vitamin C per se. I take it when I think a cold is coming on and it works for me.
