Hey, ya gotta have work crews in every roundhouse, maintenance shed, and railroad yard. That being said, most of us do not like the 250 people for $1.00 overseas figures. We need Rail Road Employees that LOOK like railroad workers. I got these at a great buy and bought several. I used all 6 in my Locomotive Maintenance Shed, and another 6 in my Roundhouse.
