better than expected
i do small metal polishing like intake manifolds and such. I hand held off buying one for years out of fear they would be of poor quality and not really what I needed. complete machines, motor and shaft assemblies are pretty pricey, so once again, I had reservations. growing tired of hand sanding and dremel tool usage, I decided to step up and this one looked pretty good quality and the price was agreeable. I was very pleased with the quality of the tool, and it works great. not too heavy, and good for hand control. I would recommend this to anyone who needs the flexibility to work larger areas and pieces.

worked great for me.
Used it with my drill press set at its highest speed using a "mop head" for sanding odd shaped items. It worked just fine...better than I expected - no heating of the shaft, comfortable handle, good chuck for attaching sanding pads.
