I have been wearing this perfume in a while now - it's by Jean Claude Elena: do I need to say more? Well, for those unfamiliar with the name: this perfumeur is a genius, and most of his inventions are elegant, classy, and have a lot of distinct, unmissable personality. It's really hard to find a bottle this size for reasonable money so I was thrilled to score this one. The scent strikes the balance between girly and sophisticated. I couldn't do the girly scents but I can't stand the musky scents of Chanel and Gucci either. This is complex and absolutely beautiful scent that harkens to a more sophisticated time yet it's contemporary in its appeal. I wouldn't recommended it for a teen or twenty-something; it's too cultivated and polished in its appeal.
