Great product, get your minerals!
I saw a video about the bad repercussions to your health when not drinking water with minerals. Since I got these bottle of Trace Minerals, I haven't been sick with the flu. That's about 1 1/2 years now. I used to get it 2 or even 3 times a year. I just put a few drops (8-12) of it into my water bottle to add minerals every time I fill it out.
