The Best Probiotics For Me
I have tried so many different Probiotics and none work as well as these do for me. The last ones I tried, expensive as they were, my husband had to end up taking them. They made me bloated and miserable. Most of the ones I've tried, including this one, were recommended by my doctors, but that never made a difference. Guess I just have too many digestive issues to mess around with different brands. So for now, I'm sticking with this one until I don't need probiotics anymore. Hope this helps someone.

This is a good probiotic. In the many years I have been taking it, this is the first time it has not been shipped overnight with an ice pack. Hopefully it is ok. I keep it in the refrigerator as suggested.
