I make this couscous to go with lamb shank -- I spice both with cumin, curry and fresh cilantro; I've tried using the regular couscous but it just isn't as good as the pearled and for whatever reason I can't find the pearled form in any of my local stores right now so being able to buy a case of it was truly awesome!
