Competes With High End Folders
I've only owned premium factory knives and have never really appreciated Spydercos aesthetics. I finally decided to give them a shot and bought the Para II. I am highly surprised by the quality of this knife. I even disassembled it to view the internals and lubricate it. Spyderco's manufacturing tolerances are on par with much more expensive knives. The characteristic Spyderco opening hole makes for so many opening options too, from the thumb flick, spidey flick, and offhand flick. It is a very thin folder that rides unnoticed in the pocket or even inside workout shorts. I can't say I'm totally in love with Spyderco's aesthetics but this knife may change my opinion over time. Good, But Overpriced
100% Real. Make sure you know who you are buying from, many fakes on eBay. Check YouTube on how to tell the fakes from the real ones. I see posting on eBay that are clearly fakes-I flag them to eBay, but they don't take them down. Back to the Paramilitary 2. It's an excellent knife. The compression lock (safer to close), and premium steel, make it worth buying (and made in USA). Great iconic American knife. I have a bunch of Spydeco knives and love them all. Could have bought one a year ago for $20.00 less. Coulda shoulda woulda. .. I don't know why anyone wouldn't want a PM-2. You can customize them to be whatever you desire. The Spyderco Military little brother
