Where's the Sony quality?
I have another MDR-E9LP set of earbuds that perform much, much better. While the set I ordered are marked as Sony MDRs, the sharp sound quality and deep bass just isn't up to par with my other MDRs. Don't know why this is so. I guess for 9 bucks, they're just okay.

Very good quality earphones
My 90 year old mother uses these to listen to the tv. She says these are better than all the other ones she's used. I ordered another so she'll have a replacement when it's time to replace these. She prefers this style earphone and they are hard to find.
