There's nothing basic about the Manfrotto 804RC2 Basic Pan Tilt Tripod Head. Not only is this tripod head sturdily built but the quick release mechanism securely holds and easily releases your camera for added performance and better time management. The 3-Way Axis is a most welcomed feature at an affordable price to not only get those perfect landscape shots but also some stunning portraits. And lets not forget the spirit ball which tells you whether your camera is level with the horizon. I can't tell you how great it is to see such a feature on an affordable tripod head.
