Not overly fancy but has everything we need. The crumb tray is very easy to clean which is nice. Especially like the different features of cancel, reheat, etc. It's also nice to be able to remove push the handle up to remove the toast about the heating element. I wish it was cleaner rumbs on the bottom the slide out tray was diry with crumbs I cleaned it...
I like the toaster in itself it just wasn't very clean crumbs on the bottom, I was able to clean it out the outside was pretty clean the metal in-between had darker stains it came off with easy off, I wish I could have a credit of 5.00 because of the time I had to spend cleaning it actually. Uneven toasting of bread
The middle element heats faster than the outer coils resulting in having to turn the bread halfway through the process for even toasting. Not good. However, put a frozen bagel in, used defroster control and it came out perfectly. Most likely will replace with Kitchen Aid toaster.
