    This item was easy to use - even for a novice like me! Needed something to get my hubby by till the barbershop opens again. Great Product; was a little confused by the instructions, looked like they went from long to short - but the guide numbers seemed to go the other way... (user error?)

    Good for 45 mins

    I like these clippers, they cut close and are easy to use. My old WAHL clippers were the color coded system and I feel these clippers cut better. I can't recommend them though because after 45 minutes they get very hot. I'm talking impossible to hold kind of hot. Luckily for me I can cut my hair just under that time frame. So if you share my situation then feel free to purchase but if you are someone who's going to be cutting more than one persons hair I would look elsewhere. Also the guards are cheap plastic that came warped and bent. I would invest in some metal ones. Goodluck!

    Easy to use

    I was really hesitant about getting a hair clipper because I have never cut hair. When I got the clippers, I used the 3/4 in attachment and did a basic training hair cut,, cutting all my hair the same length. Clippers were easy to use, no hair pulling and did a great job. Now I my hair feels great and looks good.

    Easy to use.

    I would have given the trimmer 5 stars but it got very hot when using it. I am not sure if it was normal for the trimmer to get that hot since this was the first time I have used one but I did oil it before use as instructed. On the positive side, it did a great job with cutting my hair.

    Great tool for home barbering

    While hair cutting is never going to be easy for a novice, the clipper is well made. With its good range of guide combs and brief but clear directions it is very usable. My wife was able on her first try to give me a more than acceptable haircut. For someone more experienced it would have been even easier to use.
