Good value and good quality.
The Nest smoke detector we have 'highly recommends' these specific batteries, so the choice was theirs, not mine, but that said, they have lasted a year before the Nest alerted that they were running low. After replacement, I'm using the old ones in remote controls with much lower power demand and are still near 1.5V, so they have a second life. Looking around for replacements, this package of 18 was a good choice, price-wise, as these batteries have a 20 year shelf life, so should easily last the ~3 years I require.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best AA disposable battery
I have been using Energizer Ultimate AA batteries since 1996. I have four of them that are over ten years older than their use by date. Unlike every other disposable AA battery, I have never had one of these leak, and I hate repairing items that the batteries leaked, and then the leakage damaged the item. With these, I do not have to worry, and they last about 6-7 times as long as alkaline AA batteries. Well worth the extra cost in my book, especially in remotes.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
