Whoever came up with this watch must have had me in mind. I am a 58 year old type II diabetic that needs to track my fitness in order to keep my diabetes under control. It is easy to lose interest when you don't see results or if you have to write your stats down but this watch motivates me and keeps the stats for me too. The younger girls at work have them and we compete to see who walks the most at work each day.
