Not an exact fit.
Lengthwise it fits fine. My back seats are sitting on the box and won't lock down with the box underneath. It sticks out a little from the front. I don't know if other boxes are made this way. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, I was just under the impression that it would simply slide under the rear seat without lifting the seat and resting it on the box. Box is very well made.

Great subwoofer box
Great sub box fits nicely under the rear seat of my 2006 f150, I am currently running two D12f boss subs, they fit very nice in the box and sound great!

Solid but poor fit
Box does not fit properly under seat. It sits on the hump in middle of cab instead of the feet built for it. This interferes with the wire connectors. Additionally, the seat does not close all the way down. May need to add some washers under the seat brackets to raise the seat height.
