Works pretty well so far ime
I take 3 capsules 2 to 3 times a day, though i'm still working on the dosage for me and i think i may go up to 6 capsules 2 to 3 times a day, not sure, but 3 capsules per dose, especially on the second dose is quite noticeable. I'd recommend this supplement. It also might be useful to mix this extract with the actual Mucuna bean powder, for a more balanced/synergistic approach and relatively accurate dosing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

doesn't work
It's either very weak or does not have the correct ingredients. As some of you know, potency may depends on the way it was harvested(eg, collect early and that %15 claimed can become more like 2-3%. 15% is the highest possible. It was purchased for a medical condition and NOW brand was used prior and hoped it will work better as claims here are higher. Unfortunately it does not work as good as the NOW brand, with much lower dosages. Which makes me question if there's any real l-dopa inside or perhaps it's extremely weak. Great product helps in overall well bing
This is a great product if you are looking to improve your overall well-being. I bought it because I was experiencing higher anxiety levels than usual as well as insomnia problems associated with that anxiety. I prefer not to take prescription meds for these issues due to all of the potential side effects that they come with. I could not be happier with this product! It has worked so well, and when I do get to sleep, I sleep very deeply, but never wake up feeling drugged or woozy like you do with prescription meds.
