Better than most, and NOW Foods is a better value
Krill Oil is now the recommended supplement for Omega-3 if you're not eating fish on a regular basis. I've tried this brand now for a week and feel better for it, although this is subjective at best. For value supplements, I use NOW foods brand for nearly all of my vitamin supplements and they come in at half the price of shopping through stores such as Walmart and others.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy to swallow and NO fish-burps!
I have been using this product for several years now and am completely satisfied with it. I don't care for fish/seafood, so I turn to supplements for my Omega-3 needs. I started out using fish oil, but I got fish burps even with the enteric coating. A friend recommended Krill Oil instead, so I gave it a try and have never looked back. The enteric coating works well and it also makes the softgels easier to swallow, even though they are a bit larger than your average fish oil softgel.
