    I think that the experience of dining out at various restaurants can be a both a delicious and healthy experience for you if you're able to become more conscientious about the food choices you make. This book entitled "Restaurant Confidential", by Michael F. Jacobson, is an important and essential book for the avid restaurant enthusiast to own and read! The book is well written and is a plethora of information about the various foods ranging from sandwiches, to Pizza, to Hamburgers, and foods of ethnic cuisines like Chinese, Italian and Mexican. Accompanied by various data analysis of different foods breaking down the amount of calories, fat, and sodium in each menu item. I found this book to be both informative and fascinating to read, and it really does help me to make better choices and decisions about the foods that I order when I'm dining out to eat. Thank you so much to you, Mr. Jacobson, for writing such an informative and educational book! Highly recommended!
