What a Joy!
This scale has made my baking life much, much easier. I have used it several times since it arrived and each time I use it, I discover another labor-saving trick. I am convinced that using the scale to portion baking ingredients improves the quality of the finished product. I have been using the same scale, a balance scale, for 26 years, since I attended a French cooking school, so I already knew the value of weighing ingredients, but with my old scale it was much more difficult--although far better than using measuring cups, etc. I have retired this old faithful scale and am enjoying this new one, which certainly lives up to its recommendations. I look forward to many successful projects--by weight!
