Worked better than I dared hope.
We integrated this with a Powermatic 3 HP 3 phase twin canister dust extractor. It collects from a saw, a couple of buffers and a 12 inch disc grader that produces large amounts of very fine dust. I was concerned that the Cyclone would only separate out the coarser particles and let the finer ones thru to clog the canister filters - but was delighted to see that almost all the fine particles do get separated and end up in the bin. Maybe we got lucky with the right balance of cyclone size and suction power - we took ducting very seriously, smooth walled PVC 6 inch pipe reducing to 4 inch flex hose only just before the machines - but highly recommend.
