Good 'ole MTM!!
These boxes are well made and are useful for any number of things someone might want. They stack, and are pretty much air tight. I use one on my boat to hold some items like a flare gun, hand-held horn, a .38 for unexpected acts of piracy, and various licenses. I use others at home for ammo and reloading accessories, cleaning stuff and tools to take care of things that happen sometimes when out shooting holes in paper. These are a great value. Great Storage box
This box is the same size box as the one I bought to organize my AK magazines. That other box came with foam inserts designed to carry 9 30rd mags. I realized that the box was big enough to store 20 30rd mags or 14 40rd mags plus 3 30rd mags without the foam insert, so I bought this one that does not have a foam insert. Not just for ammo...
I'm a musician and road cases are very expensive. Road cases look cool but these ammo boxes do the job just as well for a third of the price and they're watertight. This box is very useful and good quality. The only downside I have found is that it is just shy of being big enough to hold 1,000 rounds of 5.56 in 10- 100 rd boxes. No matter how I position them I can only fit 9. Still a good box. Thx.
