Awesome vacuum. Dyson from now on
Our daughter has one of these and talks about how great it is so when I seen this refurbished v8 animal at the price advertised with a 2yr warranty on eBay I had to get it. It arrived in a timely manner and was packaged as if it were new so awesome job on that. After opening it up it looks like brand new. I read the instructions and made sure it was changed and then tried it out and then my wife tried it and wow were we impressed. This vacuum is great. My daughter was right. Great! Except the battery.
The vacuum was great and worked as described. The battery however on low, only laster about 60 seconds. Numerous drains and full charges and it did the same. Miss the attachments from my V6
My refurbished looks brand new, this is the 2nd refurbished I bought on eBay and my first one worked for about 6 yrs. I can’t say anything negative about the vacuum it’s exactly what I expect from Dyson. I have taken 1 star away because I don’t love love the way the cup opens to dump the stuff. It is much different than my other dyson and I hope that isn’t why this one is heavily discounted. The other thing I didn’t expect is there is no hard floor cleaning head. It’s just the roller brush for carpet. I can honestly say I used the hard floor attachment 95% of the time and now I don’t have that option as my other attachments for the V6 do not fit this model.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Good suction and 2 filters, very efficient.
This Dyson has a lot of suction....lots more than the 6. It also is quieter. There are many useful attachments. Since I didn't receive the correct wall mount for it, I'm not quite sure how it attaches, since the "plug in" is on the top of the machine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

We've purchased numerous dysons and like them all. If there is one negative: on thick carpet it's hard to physically move the vacuum there is so much suction efficiency.
