Don't buy it.
Don't buy it. It prints fine WHEN it prints. After ten days and three phone calls to HP........in twenty attempts I've managed to print four times. Everything has been triple checked. Hit 'print' or 'control P' and see if it works. Most often not. I'm about to make my last call to HP support before I throw it away. Okay.............HP support told me they could do computer repair/update ($99). No thanks. Canon printer worked.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Buy directly from hp. The hp later jet I purchased was 50.00 more and only printed. This model prints, scans, and copies.

Sleep mode does not wake - junk worthless
Have tried everything. Sleep mode does not wake on print job. The only way to print is to turn printer on and off - then the print job will print. I had a hp 1020 color laserjet that worked evrywhere. NO SLEEP MODE. They ruined this printer series.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
