I feel that marine collagen is THE superior collagen because it comes from deep sea fish swimming in salt of the earth waters and not living in disgusting animal farm slaughter houses. Fish are clean and are not like bovine, swine or poultry/chicken /egg shell collagen. I prefer a bone broth / collagen that is from the environment that I grew up in for 4 decades in the commercial fishing industry. All collagen pretty much is... is the connective tissue fatty acids when meat or fish products are boiled down. Like when you make chicken soup and it cools after wards. the liquid becaomes a gelatin like substance that is.... gelatin. Thats what bone broth is gelatinous materials from animal or fish products after they are boiled down for cooking. Fish are the key to life. I fished most of my life. Fishing is the key to life !
