Reclaiming youthfulness takes time...
The product arrived as promised. I've decided to take 2 caps twice daily. No negative side effects noted so far, because it's only been a few weeks. The caps are easy to swallow, especially if you drink some water or juice prior to taken them. I also read the research, so I'm taking Vit E and C. I use Black Soap to help exfoliation of dead skin to include a sugar scrub and other skin brightening essential oil such as lemon. Most importantly, I apply Sun Block even on cloudy days, drink plenty of water, try to eat a healthy diet, practice Aikido Martial Art with low impact weight training and use a good moisturizer, such as Alba products and Organic Coconut oil. In short, treating my body from the inside out... I know I am using and doing a lot of things and at age 55 I still look much younger, maybe due in part to genetics, however I have some skin damage, wrinkles and moved to an area of California where Agriculture does more harm to the body, than not.... Yet, the whole process of reclaiming as much youthfulness as humanly possible comes with a cost to include time. I bought 2 bottles, but I can't see too much difference, at this time of using them, I think I should see my skin pale, but it's not, I still use the same tone of my make up foundation, for example. Worked great with my system. Now what many don't understand is that it won't do miracles alone. A good system is to use the capsules as a maintenance to work from the inside while using cream on the outside.
