Probiotics are something I think more people need to add to their diet. Gut health really impacts your overall health and immunity, according to my Dr. If you ever take any antibiotics - you need to be on some, as antibiotics will kill ALL gut flora (both good & bad) and LACK of gut flora can cause diarrhea, and can contribute of yeast infections.
