Great for keto or those wanting less sugar
I have been on the keto diet for 4 1/2 years. This great flavored, stevia sweetened electrolyte drink powder is what makes it easier for me. I would recommend it for anyone trying to hydrate and replenish their electrolytes after exercising but doesn't want all the extra sugar, like in the other electrolyte drinks.
