Not as loud as I wanted
I bought this speaker for work thinking a JBL would be louder than my Jams speaker because it is noisy in my work area, but it sounds just the same. When at home and using it, the sound is loud enough. Good quality sound, and loud enough if at home. Would not recommend if you need something louder in a noisy area. Great for what it is
While this is not an audiophile product, it sounds perfectly fine considering it's intended usage and price point. This speaker is durable, loud , sounds fine, and has good battery life. However, it's really best suited for background music at the beach. It is only mono and really has no bass. Yet it's hard to fault it considering its size. Before I bought this , I had a JBL clip that lasted me 5 years with almost daily use , and it technically still works , so I just trusted JBL quality overall . And this little guy didn’t disappoint either. For its small size and limited purpose , it sounds surprisingly good. It has a decent, full rounded off sound , Not too tinny, which is usually the main concern with diminutive speakers. Add the fact that it’s water proof too , and this is a homer run for the money. Good punch though is a bit muffled

Nice waterproof speaker
It has reasonable sound, tone, and volume. When it gets wet the treble mutes possibly 10 to 15dB. Dry it and the treble comes back. It has a single point of sound. I bought mine for about $20. I would reconsider it and look for something else if it were $40+. It is small, rugged, weighty for its size and a stable platform. I constantly use it. Good little speaker
This is a great little speaker it is very compact, about the size of a cigarette pack +/- . It has nice clear sound as one would expect from JBL.
