Bigger Isn't Always Better
My only issue is the capsules are fairly BIG and are a bit challenging to swallow for me (pls note, I usually take daily many vitamin pills of many varieties without so much as a sip of water -- but not so with these huge pills!) So, being as I am -- a bit of a health freak -- I'm going to keep taking them & reordering them for myself, but not for my spouse. She nearly chokes each time she tries to take one. 10/07/2019 Great product! I've just begun using this product to see the effect on blood glucose levels and I have noticed a difference already. I have about a years supply so that I can see the effects offered by this product over the long term. It's still too early to tell what the effects will be on blood pressure and cholesterol. I need to give it some time to reflect that data. Update 12/31/19: Great blood glucose results. I've always had great blood pressure, but I will see how this product affects it as well.
