design flaw
there is a design flaw, they knew it , sold tons that way, yet never inform the buyer ahead of time, nor do they give you something that can cure the problem, yet they sell the item.. the tail stock doesn't stick out far enough past the foot of the tailstock,, it limits the size bowls or small items you can make.. they knew of the issue along time, never tell anyone, nor give you a tail extension to cure the problem, nor give a new tailstock that works well. they were however able to send a screw for the tool rest that vibrated out and lost easily. also the slowest RPM is like 590-600 .. In my opinion its a little to fast if your wood isn't already round, very dangerous also no reverse, which really isn't a plus or a minus tool rest is very long, of course you can cut it down, they should offer a small and a large at the price they sell it for you would think..
