I love the price of this bidet. As someone who never had one before, I was willing to make the jump with this low cost option. However, I quickly realized that I love using the bidet and am now in the market for a bidet with more features. This bidet only shoot water at one angle and one spray. For me, the stream ends up too low and I have to adjust my seating, but it works for my spouse. The self cleaning feature is a nice addition but it won't clean the splatter guard. Use with caution!
Installation was simple. When I first turned on the wash valve there was a jet of water shooting from the toilet all the way to the other side of wall. The valve is very sensitive. A little turn of the knob would have increased the water pressure tremendously. This is not just true with this product. This is true of other company as product. Fantastic replacement for my old bidet! Beautiful design, very sleek with very few nooks and crannies for gunk to build up. So easy to clean compared to others. The control knob is sleek and works like a charm, very easy to get the precise water pressure for your particular needs. You can easily adjust to provide a gentle mist, all the way up to a powerful blast, and everything in between. The hose and t-valve that are included are made of metal, no cheap plastic here! Installation was a breeze for me since all I needed to do was remove the old bidet/hardware and install the new. The best quality in the market!
Honestly speaking, from a person who grew up in the middle east, I am used to some high quality bidets back home. This is the best bidet in the market as for this moment.. I've purchased alot of bidets so far, but this one is really good.. Water pressure and volume is just correct. And the ergonomics of the handle is just perfect.. Easy peasy bidet
I'm loving the product, and you can't beat the price. Simple to install, easy to use. I installed it myself, and I've never done any kind of plumbing before. I know some reviews talk about other products that are built with a function for ladies, but honestly, this one is fine. Unless you have mobility issues, a lady should be able to move to make this unit work for any situation. Unfortunately, even though the product is thin, the shape doesn't work well with our toilet seat, and so our seat sticks up significantly, and at a weird angle - the width of the unit, front to back, is the issue moreso than the thickness of the unit. Extra high bumpers on the seat don't come close to filling the gap (see picture). Only slight pressure is needed to close the gap, but I'm worried that eventually the stress on the seat will cause it to crack. One thing that hasn't been an issue, but I'm slightly worried about, is that the knob doesn't really 'click' into an off position - in general, there's no problem with that at all, because there is some resistance in the knob. But I have multiple dogs and a cat, and I think it would be fairly easy for them to knock the knob and I come home to a flooded bathroom. I wish there was a lock switch that would provide an extra layer of protection from the knob moving. But again, given the price point, the unit is great, and the water pressure issue mentioned in reviews for other brands isn't a problem at all for this one. You just slowly turn the knob and you basically go from nearly no pressure, to what I have to imagine would be more pressure than anyone would really want, so you can set it anywhere in between. I never had a bidet before this one, and I think it's great for a starter, because you won't spend a lot, and you can decide if you want to upgrade from here.
