A study non-stick pan to last
I've had this pan for almost a year now, and the non stick really works and has been lasting well. Just make sure to only clean with a sponge or softer plastic bristles and this will last you a long time. It is very heavy though, so that can be a bit of a challenge for cleaning, flipping things, serving, just anything that requires picking it up. But also the weight means it feels incredibly sturdy, no fear of this thing bending/warping/breaking. If I had challenges with strength in my arms I would probably not but this pan honestly. But if you don't, then don't pass this pan up. Very big and versatile, definitely my primary cooking implement.
