Food Saver FM2000 review.
I love this product. I'm a backpacker, and food saver really helps when I have to prepare meals. I individually vacuum wrap my food, then divide those packets into meals and vacuum wrap the entire meal. I keep ziplock baggies to tote the Food saver empties to a trash receptacle. Saves me tons of money, and makes eating on the trail much easier than before. This is my second food saver, and I love them both. It even works to waterproof items as well.

EZ to use
This is the second one I've owned. I really like the way it functions and the way it keeps food fresh. Sadly, I could fix the first one, but FoodSaver will not sell the repair part I need. If this one fails in the same way it will be the last thing I will buy from them.

Excellent so far
This is a very nice product. Took us a while to master the bag placement but it has worked flawlessly once we got pat the leaning curve. So far we've only vacuum sealed solid objects (fish fillets, pork chops and the like) which have worked fine. We haven't tried "wet" leftovers and if they don't work out the containers are left to try.
