Bose products are terrible quality and overpriced.
I rated this product one star not because of the seller but because the quality of Bose and the way they have the earbuds and case specifically made for each other and you can’t use a new case to charge earbuds or connect them to your phone or device.I just found that out when I contacted bose and it’s pretty dumb just to make you buy another pair and for it to break again.I don’t recommend bose products at all over priced and not the best quality.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Charger doesn't work.
When you press the central button to connect the ear buds by Bluetooth to your device it does not work (ie does not say "ready to connect") and does not connect like the original product I lost did. The charger only charges the ear buds when the charging case is plugged in to the power socket.
