Major Quality Control Issues
The machining of the parts along with quality control was lacking. Some parts, such as the support braces along the middle, were simply too short. Luckily I was able to find larger bolts than the ones provided, to MacGuyver and make it work. Also, a few of the holes were misaligned. I had to drill through the sheet metal, enlargening the pre-drilled holes and then depend on making my own plate washers from steel stock to make it work. The end product is pretty cool, rolls smooth, and is level. But it took a LOT of extra work and parts from my workshop to make it work. As a designed and to-be-assembled product, this is rather unacceptable. Not everyone has a workshop full of tools and supplies to make this work. Nor is everyone willing to spend the extra resources to do so. I simply completed it because I already had it out of the packaging and was determined to make it work.
