These short work-outs are inspiring. As you try the exercises, you can easily tell which workouts and individual exercises will help you , personally. However, some of the moves are difficult to catch on to, because there's no section that slowly teaches you the moves / exercises that will be used. That would have been helpful. You're just supposed to try until you catch on. You have to use your visual learning skills, and simply enjoy the process. I highly recommend this exercise program for those folks who want to work out at home, and don't enjoy "hip hop" loudness. Happy, simple, well organized, and generally easy to follow. I'm 48, have no health problems, am in medium / decent shape, and find the exercise routines helpful.
