Airwolf will surprise you
Airwolf is truly a show from the 1980's. I think it was ahead of the times because if you watch it now, you can almost say, "I forgot all about that...". They did a wonderful job at pairing up the two main characters played by Jan Michael Vincent and Ernest Borgnine. It's a better tv show to invest your time with compared to the shows on the networks today. Airwolf is a helicopter of quite an impressive array of weapons on it and the pilot, "String" has the skills to keep her flying safe from the bad guys. The ladies seem to love him too. I haven't reached the ending season so I'll just say, the tradition seems to continue when the show came back on the air. There are movies also about Airwolf with Jan Michael Vincent which may actually have even more of the pieces to the story. Great material in substandard packaging
This is a series that i have been wanting to collect on DVD for a long time. So, when it arrived, I was overjoyed. That was before I noticed that the packaging of the DVDs was severely damaged. The box was ripped and bent. Plus, the discs are in cardstock sleeves. It didn't feel like something packaged for display. As far as the material on the DVDs itself, that was fine.I have seen the first two seasons so far, and so far, no complaints. nice set, fun show
this dvd has good picture quality, esply for a lower cost product. the packaging leaves a bit to be desired but it is usable enough. the menu is clear and easy to use. the show itself have always liked, good action/adventure. engaging, with best character being the airwolf helicopter herself; the cosmetic modifications to the bell 222 helicopter give her a nice sharklike look and the sound effect for her is great. mach 1 helicopter quite impossible, thou they come as close to making plausible as possible. but who cares, I can suspend my disbelief. there is some outstanding aerial work in the show and some interesting guest aircraft: B-25, F4U, P-51, etc. the set has the pilot as a two separate episodes thou it was formatted as a tv movie originally, which is fine. the episodes seem to be full length, an important point as some commercial dvds are time edited. anyone who like the show will like this set. caveat: the mutant 4th season is so-so at best, buy for the first 3 seasonsVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Maybe Best Series Ever?
This is a terrific TV show, a real guy kind of series. (Gals can like it too). The action with Airwolf is outstanding, as they mocked up a real Bell 222 to fly, without the missles of course, instead of relying on a model or computerization. (It was the 80's, after all). But the plots leading up to the final battles are just as good. To get the entire series in one package at this price point is a great deal. The only issue I had, and this is minimal, is that some of the videos I had to turn up loud in order to hear. Really nothing, but wanted full disclosure.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Airwolf from start to ending.....
This is awesome Has all 4 seasons, I have to admit I am not a fan of the last season, but still nice to have the complete series of Airwolf. It is nice to be able to watch them when I want to. Mill Creek got it right
I have to say that this Airwolf complete DVD set released by Mill Creek is surprisingly good. Video and audio for season's 1,2 & 3 are really great and season 4 is not bad( a few episodes have a little bit of video/ audio issues) but overall this set is truly a winner.
