Money well spent
I was very pleased with the weight. The headgear adjusts well and very comfortable. It tilts and locks into place securely while you are welding. I have a large head and face and while the helmet is compact it does not feel small. The viewing area is huge. Color comes through well and the lens is very responsive to your welding arc. The large curved protective lens is held in with locking tabs that are secured inside the helmet so don't try to just pry them out. I like the replacement protective shields and extra battery. The bag is thin but will do fine to keep dust and dirt off the helmet while storing. I am very excited to see how the long term durability will unfold. I was really skeptical of this being not a big name brand, I thought for sure it would be glitchy or the headband would be weird and shotty.
