These work great, even if you don't want a loud 6000rpm fan these have a wide operating range so that shouldn't be a problem, for it it's didn't matter at all I needed as much airflow as I could get onto a m.2 aqc103 10gb nic that get hot and doesn't perform as well even at +/- 80c so this solved that and in the micro server it's in the noise is not an issue at allVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
