Tange sealed bearings
I use this because I am 230 los Athletic and run so much uphills and this are stronguer tha the ball bearing cup that brakes with my weight...Like others do, I put a round and a half of eléctricas 3m tape between the bearing and the cup bevause is a litle loose...highly recomend it
