Perfect for my F650GS 2006 and compatible with my SW-Motech Monokey mounts
There were some spacers that accounted for the existing Monokey mounts and so I just didn't use those. The mount is in tension because the rear two supports are a little off because of the SW-Motech gear, but in the end it was easy enough to install. A problem is that the small rubber supports for the top-case are easy to knock off accidentally when attaching the top case. You just need to be conscientious about it.

Fits and works as expected
The main concern with this type of product is the fit on the bike, and it was perfect for my 2010 G650GS. Manufacture quality looks great as any Givi product.
