Good investment and greater comfort.
It is good quality product, came with instruction, paper templets and mounting hardware, made for an easy installation. Greatly improves the comfort for the pillion rider. The curvature of the back of the pad happened to line up with my Coocase V36-LL top box, and fits perfectly. It was a bit of a gamble but at the end it paid off. If it is purchased for the correct model of GIVI top box I would think that it would even be an easier install, no risk, and perfect fit.
