For me, this was a had-to-have book that I had first borrowed from the library. It's an excellent introduction to wok cooking, with easy to follow directions and inspiring photographs. Although geared towards beginners, it could also be an excellent springboard from which to begin your own creative, Asian-inspired culinary adventures. It covers all aspects of cooking, from produce selection, food preparation, sauces, wok choices, and includes a wide variety of recipes, which will leave you wanting to try them all and create your own variations. You'd do well to find a place for it, on your cookbook shelf.
